Lock a Deck to Your Collection

Every deck has a build from setting: any card, everything you own, or only the collections you pick. Once a deck is locked, Carl searches and adds only cards from those collections, and anything outside them is refused when he tries to add it. Basic lands are always allowed. Choose everything I own and collections you add later are included automatically.

Ask Carl What to Build

Ask "what can I build from my collection?" or "build me a Commander deck from my trade binder". Carl, our deck-building specialist, searches the cards you own, picks a commander and strategy your collection supports, and builds the list. It costs nothing in new cards, because every card is already yours.

How do I track my MTG collection?

Create a free account, open Collections and import your cards from a Moxfield or Archidekt link, a CSV export or a pasted card list. Each card is stored with its printing, finish and quantity, and you can keep several collections, such as a trade binder and a bulk box, that add up to one inventory.

Is the MTG collection tracker free?

Yes. Collection tracking is included with a free account, with no credit card required. Importing, valuing your cards and building decks from them with Carl all work on the free plan.

How do I find out what my MTG collection is worth?

Import your cards and every collection shows an estimated value, priced per printing and finish at daily Cardmarket (EUR) or TCGplayer (USD) prices. You also get a value-over-time chart, your top gains and drops, and a list of your most valuable cards.

Can I import my collection from Moxfield or Archidekt?

Yes. Paste a link to a public Moxfield or Archidekt collection or deck, or upload a .csv export from either site. You see a preview of every card before it is added.

Can the AI build a deck using only cards I own?

Yes. Set a deck to build from everything you own or from selected collections, and Carl can only add cards from those collections. Cards outside them are refused, and basic lands are always allowed. Ask "what can I build from my collection?" to get started.

How do I see which decks I can build from my collection?

The Insights tab ranks your decks by how much of each one your collection already covers and lists the cards still missing for any deck you pick.

Does it track foils and specific printings?

Yes. Every entry records the exact set and collector number plus its finish (normal, foil or etched), and each one is priced separately, because a foil printing and a regular printing of the same card rarely cost the same.

Can I share my collection?

Yes. Make a collection public and it appears on your profile with a link you can share with your playgroup or trade partners. Collections are private until you choose to publish one.
