Commander
Fewer than five decksChira, All In
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Chira, All In. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Chira is one of 141 Mono-Red commanders here, which together lead 622 decks.
Whenever you discard one or more cards at random, select one or more targets at random, choose one or more modes at random, flip one or more coins, or roll one or more dice, put a +1/+1 counter on Chira and create a tapped Treasure token.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
