One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Council of Reeds. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. The "legend rule" doesn't apply to creatures you control.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you've cast a noncreature spell this turn, create a token that's a copy of Council of Reeds.
