Commander
Fewer than five decksCynette, Jelly Drover
Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Cynette, Jelly Drover. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Cynette is one of 129 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 446 decks.

When Cynette enters or dies, create a 1/1 blue Jellyfish creature token with flying.
Creatures you control with flying get +1/+1.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
