One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Donal, Herald of Wings. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Donal is one of 116 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 355 decks.
Whenever you cast a nonlegendary creature spell with flying, you may copy it, except the copy is a 1/1 Spirit in addition to its other types. Do this only once each turn. (The copy becomes a token.)

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with one, every card it plays is in the only deck there is. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
