Elsha of the Infinite

Five public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Elsha of the Infinite, and five different people built them. What sets them apart: four of the five run Lightning Bolt, and three run Brainstorm. Elsha of the Infinite is one of forty-two Jeskai commanders here, which together lead 504 decks.
