Commander
Fewer than five decksEphara, God of the Polis
Four public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Ephara, God of the Polis. Four decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Ephara is one of eighty Azorius commanders here, which together lead 408 decks.
Indestructible
As long as your devotion to white and blue is less than seven, Ephara isn't a creature.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if you had another creature enter the battlefield under your control last turn, draw a card.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with four, every share is a multiple of 25%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
