Commander
Fewer than five decksGhost of Ramirez DePietro
Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Ghost of Ramirez DePietro. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Ghost of Ramirez DePietro is one of 129 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 446 decks.
Ghost of Ramirez DePietro can't be blocked by creatures with toughness 3 or greater.
Whenever Ghost of Ramirez DePietro deals combat damage to a player, choose up to one target card in a graveyard that was discarded or put there from a library this turn. Put that card into its owner's hand.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
