Commander
Five decks or moreHigh Perfect Morcant
Thirty-three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by High Perfect Morcant, and thirty different people built them. What sets them apart: twenty-four of the thirty-three run Morcant's Loyalist, and twenty-two run Flourishing Defenses. High Perfect Morcant is one of eighty-eight Golgari commanders here, which together lead 899 decks.
Whenever High Perfect Morcant or another Elf you control enters, each opponent blights 1. (They each put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control.)
Tap three untapped Elves you control: Proliferate. Activate only as a sorcery. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
