Commander
Fewer than five decksJustice, Vance Astrovik
One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Justice, Vance Astrovik. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Justice is one of 129 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 446 decks.
Flying
When Justice enters, return up to one target nonland, nontoken permanent to its owner's hand.
Whenever another nonland permanent you control is returned to its owner's hand, put a +1/+1 counter on Justice.
No most-played cards yet
A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with one, every card it plays is in the only deck there is. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
