One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Karn, the Great Creator. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them.
Activated abilities of artifacts your opponents control can't be activated.
+1: Until your next turn, up to one target noncreature artifact becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its mana value.
−2: You may reveal an artifact card you own from outside the game or choose a face-up artifact card you own in exile. Put that card into your hand.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with one, every card it plays is in the only deck there is. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
