Ketramose, the New Dawn

Five public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Ketramose, the New Dawn, and five different people built them. What sets them apart: three of the five run Ghost Vacuum, and three run Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. Ketramose is one of ninety Orzhov commanders here, which together lead 684 decks.
