King of the Oathbreakers

Eleven public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by King of the Oathbreakers, and ten different people built them. What sets them apart: six of the eleven run Shadow Summoning, and seven run Midnight Haunting. King of the Oathbreakers is one of ninety Orzhov commanders here, which together lead 680 decks.
