Commander
Five decks or moreKuja, Genome Sorcerer
Thirty-four public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, and thirty-two different people built them. What sets them apart: thirty of the thirty-four run Black Waltz No. 3, and twenty-four run Queen Brahne. Kuja is one of 101 Rakdos commanders here, which together lead 671 decks.
At the beginning of your end step, create a tapped 0/1 black Wizard creature token with "Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this token deals 1 damage to each opponent." Then if you control four or more Wizards, transform Kuja.
Trance Kuja, Fate Defied
Flare Star — If a Wizard you control would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals double that damage instead.
