Commander
Fewer than five decksLyra, Tolarian Archangel
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Lyra, Tolarian Archangel. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Lyra is one of 129 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 446 decks.
Flying
At the beginning of each end step, if you've drawn three or more cards this turn, create a 3/3 blue Angel creature token with flying.
: Until end of turn, whenever Lyra deals combat damage to a player, draw two cards.
No most-played cards yet
A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
