Commander
Fewer than five decksMathas, Fiend Seeker
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Mathas, Fiend Seeker. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Mathas is one of thirty-three Mardu commanders here, which together lead 509 decks.
Menace
At the beginning of your end step, put a bounty counter on target creature an opponent controls. For as long as that creature has a bounty counter on it, it has "When this creature dies, each opponent draws a card and gains 2 life."

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
