Commander
Fewer than five decksNeerdiv, Devious Diver
Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Neerdiv, Devious Diver. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Neerdiv is one of 129 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 446 decks.
Whenever Neerdiv becomes tapped, target player mills cards equal to its power.
Whenever you cast a spell from your graveyard or activate an ability of a card in your graveyard, draw a card and put a +1/+1 counter on Neerdiv.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
