Commander
Fewer than five decksPadeem, Consul of Innovation
One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Padeem, Consul of Innovation. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Padeem is one of 129 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 446 decks.
Artifacts you control have hexproof. (They can't be the targets of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control the artifact with the greatest mana value or tied for the greatest mana value, draw a card.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with one, every card it plays is in the only deck there is. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
