Commander
Fewer than five decksRaff, Weatherlight Stalwart
Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Raff, Weatherlight Stalwart. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Raff is one of eighty Azorius commanders here, which together lead 410 decks.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may tap two untapped creatures you control. If you do, draw a card.
: Creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain vigilance until end of turn.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
