Five decks or moreRaffine, Scheming Seer
Ten public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Raffine, Scheming Seer, and nine different people built them. What sets them apart: five of the ten run Voice of Victory, and five run Hallowed Fountain. Raffine is one of forty-seven Esper commanders here, which together lead 665 decks.
