Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Rashmi and Ragavan. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Rashmi and Ragavan is one of thirty-one Temur commanders here, which together lead 259 decks.
Whenever you cast your first spell during each of your turns, exile the top card of target opponent's library and create a Treasure token. Then you may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost if it's a spell with mana value less than the number of artifacts you control. If you don't cast it this way, you may cast it this turn.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
