One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Rex, Cyber-Hound. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. Whenever Rex deals combat damage to a player, they mill two cards and you get (two energy counters).
Pay : Choose target creature card in a graveyard. Exile it with a brain counter on it. Activate only as a sorcery.
