Commander
Fewer than five decksRinoa, Angel Wing
One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Rinoa, Angel Wing. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Rinoa is one of 132 Mono-White commanders here, which together lead 448 decks.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, creatures you control with flying get +1/+1 and gain vigilance until end of turn.
Whenever one or more attacking creatures you control die, you may return one of them to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control with a flying counter on it. Do this only once each turn.
No most-played cards yet
A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with one, every card it plays is in the only deck there is. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
