Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Rinoa, Angel Wing. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Rinoa is one of 115 Mono-White commanders here, which together lead 344 decks.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, creatures you control with flying get +1/+1 and gain vigilance until end of turn.
Whenever one or more attacking creatures you control die, you may return one of them to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control with a flying counter on it. Do this only once each turn.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
