Commander
Fewer than five decksScarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger
Four public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger. Four decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Scarlet Witch is one of eighty-four Izzet commanders here, which together lead 534 decks.
Flying
Whenever Scarlet Witch deals combat damage to a player, look at the top two cards of your library, then exile them face down. Then you may cast a Hero or noncreature spell from among cards exiled with Scarlet Witch without paying its mana cost.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with four, every share is a multiple of 25%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
