Fifteen public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Scion of Halaster, and twelve different people built them. What sets them apart: nine of the fifteen run Darkwater Catacombs, and nine run Choked Estuary. Scion of Halaster is one of 163 Mono-Black commanders here, which together lead 683 decks.
