Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Silver Surfer, Galactus's Herald. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them.

When Silver Surfer enters, you may search your library for a card named Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
Whenever Silver Surfer deals combat damage to a player, until the end of your next turn, target creature attacks that player each combat if able.
