Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by SP//dr, Piloted by Peni. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. SP//dr is one of seventy-five Azorius commanders here, which together lead 339 decks.

Whenever a modified creature you control deals combat damage to a player, draw a card. (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.)
