Commander
Fewer than five decksTatsunari, Toad Rider
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Tatsunari, Toad Rider. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Tatsunari is one of thirty-five Sultai commanders here, which together lead 559 decks.
Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, if you don't control a creature named Keimi, create Keimi, a legendary 3/3 black and green Frog creature token with "Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life."
: Tatsunari and target Frog you control can't be blocked this turn except by creatures with flying or reach.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
