At the beginning of combat on your turn, creatures you control get +1/+0 until end of turn. If you have a full party, creatures you control get +3/+0 until end of turn instead.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
