Commander
Fewer than five decksThe Eleventh Doctor
Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by The Eleventh Doctor. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. The Eleventh Doctor is one of eighty Azorius commanders here, which together lead 407 decks.
I. AM. TALKING! — Whenever The Eleventh Doctor deals combat damage to a player, you may exile a card from your hand with a number of time counters on it equal to its mana value. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
: Target creature with power 3 or less can't be blocked this turn.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with two, every card appears in either half of them or all of them. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
