Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by The Fourteenth Doctor. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. You may have The Fourteenth Doctor enter as a copy of a Doctor card in your graveyard that was put there from your library this turn. If you do, it gains haste until end of turn.
