Commander
Fewer than five decksThe Kingpin of Crime
One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by The Kingpin of Crime. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. The Kingpin of Crime is one of ninety Orzhov commanders here, which together lead 676 decks.
Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay . If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)
Whenever you attack, you may pay 2 life. If you do, until end of turn, creatures you control with toughness greater than their power assign combat damage equal to their toughness rather than their power.
No most-played cards yet
A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with one, every card it plays is in the only deck there is. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
