Commander
Fewer than five decksThe Notary Hobbits
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by The Notary Hobbits. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. The Notary Hobbits is one of 125 Mono-Green commanders here, which together lead 566 decks.
When The Notary Hobbits enter, if they're not a token, create two tokens that are copies of them, except the tokens aren't legendary.
: Add for each Halfling you control.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
