Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by The Twelfth Doctor. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. The Twelfth Doctor is one of seventy-seven Izzet commanders here, which together lead 410 decks.
The first spell you cast from anywhere other than your hand each turn has demonstrate. (When you cast that spell, you may copy it. If you do, choose an opponent to also copy it. A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)
Whenever you copy a spell, put a +1/+1 counter on The Twelfth Doctor.
