Commander
Fewer than five decksThe Watcher in the Water
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by The Watcher in the Water. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. The Watcher in the Water is one of 120 Mono-Blue commanders here, which together lead 378 decks.
The Watcher in the Water enters tapped with nine stun counters on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
Whenever you draw a card during an opponent's turn, create a 1/1 blue Tentacle creature token.
Whenever a Tentacle you control dies, untap up to one target Kraken and put a stun counter on up to one target nonland permanent.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
