Commander
Fewer than five decksUltimecia, Time Sorceress
One public Commander deck on mtg-agents is led by Ultimecia, Time Sorceress. One deck is not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the deck that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Ultimecia is one of eighty-six Dimir commanders here, which together lead 596 decks.
Whenever Ultimecia enters or attacks, surveil 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
At the beginning of your end step, you may pay and exile eight cards from your graveyard. If you do, transform Ultimecia.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with one, every card it plays is in the only deck there is. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
