Two public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Wrexial, the Risen Deep. Two decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Whenever Wrexial deals combat damage to a player, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.
