Commander
Fewer than five decksZaffai and the Tempests
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Zaffai and the Tempests. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Zaffai and the Tempests is one of eighty-four Izzet commanders here, which together lead 534 decks.

Once during each of your turns, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand without paying its mana cost.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
