Commander
Fewer than five decksHapatra, Vizier of Poisons
Four public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons. Four decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Hapatra is one of eighty-nine Golgari commanders here, which together lead 899 decks.
Whenever Hapatra deals combat damage to a player, you may put a -1/-1 counter on target creature.
Whenever you put one or more -1/-1 counters on a creature, create a 1/1 green Snake creature token with deathtouch.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with four, every share is a multiple of 25%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
