Commander
Fewer than five decksOlivia, Mobilized for War
Four public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Olivia, Mobilized for War. Four decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Olivia is one of 101 Rakdos commanders here, which together lead 671 decks.
Flying
Whenever another creature you control enters, you may discard a card. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature, it gains haste until end of turn, and it becomes a Vampire in addition to its other types.
No most-played cards yet
A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with four, every share is a multiple of 25%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
