Commander
Fewer than five decksTor Wauki the Younger
Three public Commander decks on mtg-agents are led by Tor Wauki the Younger. Three decks are not enough to say what the decks that use it have in common, so this page carries the card, the decks that exist, and its colour neighbours. It fills out on its own as people build: at five decks it gains a most-played-cards list and the brewers behind them. Tor Wauki the Younger is one of 101 Rakdos commanders here, which together lead 671 decks.
Reach, lifelink
If another source you control would deal noncombat damage to a permanent or player, it deals that much damage plus 1 to that permanent or player instead.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Tor Wauki deals 2 damage to any target.

A share-of-decks list needs five decks before it says anything: with three, every share is a multiple of 33%. This band fills in on its own as more decks arrive.
